Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide. Here is everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery timeframes
We ship to customers worldwide. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are 7–15 business days depending on your location and local postal service conditions.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance, which can occasionally add to the delivery time. This is outside of our control, but we will do our best to support you through the process.
Delivery estimates are guidelines, not guarantees. Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime at 17track.net.
Customs & import duties
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you are unsure of the applicable rates.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement where appropriate.
