Refund & Returns

We stand behind everything we make. If you are not satisfied, we will make it right.

We offer a 90-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are unhappy for any reason within this period, you are eligible for a full refund.

What qualifies for a return

You may return your order within 90 days of receiving it if:

  • The product did not meet your expectations
  • You received a damaged or defective item
  • You received the wrong product
  • The item was not as described

To be eligible, items should be returned in their original packaging where possible. Opened products are accepted for returns within the 90-day window.

What is not eligible

  • Returns requested after 90 days from the delivery date
  • Orders where the return request cannot be verified through our system

How to start a return

Contact our support team

Email us at Support@verdeira.com with your order number and reason for return.

Receive your return instructions

We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

Refund processed

Once your return is received and reviewed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for the original order and place a new order separately.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and your order number. We will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
